Our Story
A Private Stretch of Jamaica’s East Coast
Tucked along the quieter shoreline of Boscobel, well away from the resort corridors of Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, Eastbeach JA is a private beachfront venue built around a simple idea: the island’s most beautiful moments happen when there’s nowhere else to be.
We host weddings under sea grape trees, milestone birthdays with your toes in the sand, and quiet family days that need nothing more than good shade, cold drinks, and a stretch of water worth swimming in. Every booking is private — our beach, yours for the day.
Our philosophy is unhurried hospitality: attentive without being intrusive, polished without losing the barefoot ease that brought you to the coast in the first place.

General admission to the beach club is $500 JMD per person for individuals aged 16 and older. Private event bookings are priced separately — see Packages above.
Every private booking includes exclusive access to the beach for your reserved window, setup and breakdown, seating and shade, a dedicated on-site host, and basic sound. Packages can be built out further with catering, water sports, and decor coordination.
Yes — the property features both a bar and a restaurant, offering a variety of dining and beverage options for your convenience.
Outside food and beverages are prohibited on the premises. Our on-site bar and restaurant handle all dining and drinks; for private events, catering is arranged through us as part of your package.
A 30% deposit secures your date and is due at booking, with the balance due 14 days prior. Deposits are refundable up to 30 days before your event; cancellations inside that window are credited toward a future date.
Yes — complimentary on-site parking is available for you and your guests, with an attendant present during private events.
Jamaica's east coast sees quick-moving showers more often than washed-out days. We keep shaded and covered areas on standby and will work with you on timing adjustments; for events with a forecast risk, we'll discuss a contingency plan in advance.
All water sports are guided or supervised, with life vests required for jet skiing and paddleboarding. Riders must be 16 or older to pilot a jet ski unaccompanied; younger guests can ride with a certified guide.
